A special chocolate & caramel collection from Cocopotamus, CocoSantaFe features the South-West theme of hand-dipped dark chocolate and caramel truffles which reflect our adopted home state, the Land of Enchantment. First up is Hottie. This classic dark chocolate fudge truffle is infused with earthy Mexican canela cinnamon and a good hit of red chile from Northern New Mexico. The second variety? Hulk, our roasted Hatch green chile caramel fudge truffle. The third is Cowgirl, our mellow classic salted caramel. All our caramel truffles are special housemade "un-caramel" that is less sweet & never sticky, blended with dark chocolate and put into a dark chocolate truffle. Enchantment, indeed.
