1) Soften 3 pints ice cream (use chocolate, fudge ripple, espresso, Rocky Road, or any dark chocolate flavor).
2) In a large lasagna pan, cover the bottom with chunks of brownie from your favorite chocolate fudge brownie recipe (store bought or something the neighbor brought over works great too!)
3) Over the brownie chunks, put scoops of the ice cream flavors. Do not try to make it too evenly distributed - it is fine for some chocolate to go here, some Fudge Ripple to go there.
4) Smooth out the top layer when you are finished. Top with crushed Oreo cookies or any chocolate sandwich cookie which has been crushed.
5) Wrap with plastic wrap. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
6) Cut into brownie-sized squares. Served topped with chocolate sauce or Cocopotamus hot fudge sauce. A dollop (or more) of whipped cream is fun, too.
